Part 2: Long Turn
You will have to talk about the topic for one to two minutes.
Part 3: Two-way Discussion
You will be asked further questions connected to the topic in Part 2.
- How does remote work impact the social dynamics and culture of a company?
- Do you think the shift towards hybrid work models is permanent, or will companies eventually demand a full return to the office?
- What qualities make a person well-suited for a fully remote career?
- How does the lack of a daily commute affect the environment and urban infrastructure?
- Is it harder for managers to evaluate their employees' performance when they are working remotely?
