Part 2: Long Turn
You will have to talk about the topic for one to two minutes.
Part 3: Two-way Discussion
You will be asked further questions connected to the topic in Part 2.
- What are the main advantages of living in a modern apartment building compared to a traditional house?
- Why is it important for cities to preserve their historical architecture instead of tearing it down?
- How does the design of a building or workspace affect a person's mood and productivity?
- What are the biggest housing challenges facing young people in your country today?
- Should governments be responsible for providing affordable housing to all citizens?
