Letter to a Neighbor about Noise

Your neighbor frequently plays loud music late at night. Write a letter to your neighbor. In your letter, politely explain the problem, describe how it is affecting you, and suggest a possible solution.
Instructions:
- You should spend about 20 minutes on Task 1 and 40 minutes on Task 2.
- Write at least 150 words for Task 1 and at least 250 words for Task 2.
- Organise and present your ideas clearly, and use appropriate examples to support your arguments.
